What Happens in a Family Constellations Workshop?

A constellation workshop is not a traditional group therapy session, and it’s not a place where people analyse their lives or tell long stories.
It is a quiet, spacious gathering where the movement of the soul becomes visible — gently, respectfully, without pressure or expectation.

Here is what you will experience throughout the day:

The Field Forms Before You Even Arrive

The moment you register, something begins.

The group that comes together is not random. Every participant, whether they work directly or simply witness, becomes part of a shared movement that supports everyone present.

This field - the invisible soul-movement behind the room - does more than you might imagine before a single word is spoken.

Opening the Space

We begin with a simple settling into the room:

a moment of grounding, breath, and presence.

There is no need to share your personal story. You don’t have to reveal anything about your life unless you choose to.

The work itself does not require your history, only your willingness.

When Someone Feels Called, a Constellation Begins

In the New Family Constellations, a person does not present a problem or an explanation.

Sometimes they offer a single word.

Sometimes they say nothing at all.

The facilitator listens inwardly - not to the mind, not to the story, but to the movement in the soul - and waits for the first sentence, image, or impulse that wants to appear.

That is the beginning.

Representatives Are Chosen

Either you or the facilitator may choose representatives from the group.

These representatives do not act or pretend.

They do not know your story.

They simply allow themselves to be moved by the inner impulses that arise naturally in the field.

What unfolds is not role-play.

It is a living picture of the deeper dynamics that shape your life.

The Constellation Reveals Itself

There is no script.

There is no goal.

There is no attempt to fix or change anything.

Each representative follows the subtle movements inside them - stepping forward, turning away, softening, pausing, speaking a sentence that comes from the field rather than the mind.

These movements often show:

Where love was interrupted
Where someone was excluded or forgotten
Where a burden was taken on that never belonged to you
Where guilt or innocence shifted across generations
Where an injustice is waiting to be acknowledged

The facilitator does not push.

They simply accompany the soul as it shows what wants to be seen.

The Healing Image Appears

At some point - sometimes quickly, sometimes slowly - a new image forms.

This is not forced.

It arises naturally when the soul is ready.

It may be:

A sentence spoken from one representative to another
A small movement of the body
A moment of stillness
A sense of release
A softening in your heart
A recognition of truth that lands quietly and deeply

This image is what remains with you long after the workshop ends.

It is the seed of change.

You Are Not Required to Share

You never need to speak publicly about your life.

You may sit silently for the entire day and still receive a powerful movement in your soul.

Being a representative - or even simply witnessing - often brings deep insights, clarity, and internal shifts that are just as impactful as having your own constellation.

The Work Continues Long After the Workshop

Constellations work on soul time, not clock time.

Some people feel changes immediately.

Others notice shifts weeks or even months later.

There is no need for feedback or follow-up analysis.

The soul integrates at its own pace.

For a long time, what I struggled with wasn’t something I could easily name. It was an ongoing state of despair and anxiety, paired with the most unsettling part - not knowing what was wrong with me, even though I was doing the work.

I had spent years in therapy and personal development. I trained as a life coach, an NLP practitioner, and a hypnotherapist. I understood the mind. I understood responsibility. And still, something didn’t move.

The turning point came when I encountered systemic family work and realised that some struggles aren’t personal at all. They’re shaped by family systems, by unseen loyalties, and by dynamics that existed long before we did.

But the moment everything truly shifted was my first in-person Family Constellations workshop. Being in that room, in that field, I felt a sense of belonging and recognition that I couldn’t explain intellectually. I left completely exhausted - because so much released - and at the same time, I experienced a peace I had never known in my life.

Once you know this kind of relief exists, keeping it to yourself would feel wrong. That’s why I facilitate this work - not to fix people, but to help them see what was unseen, release what was never theirs, and finally take their rightful place.

What are

Family Constellations?

Family Constellations, as Bert left them to us, are not a method, a technique, or a form of therapy. They never were.

They are a living, evolving movement of the soul - one that continues to unfold through every facilitator who carries the work forward, just as Bert invited us to do: openly, humbly, without clinging to definitions.

This work did not appear all at once.

It emerged slowly, through decades of observation, insight, and those quiet “aha” moments that reveal what lies beneath the surface of human life.

What most people know as “Family Constellations” is often the classic form: interviews, representatives, stories, and the rearranging of a family system. And while this form has helped countless people across the world, it is not the final shape the work took.

Over time, Bert discovered something deeper - a movement that did not rely on questions, stories, or intentions. A movement that began when he stopped trying to help, stopped trying to fix, and simply listened.

Out of that silence, the New Family Constellations emerged.

This new way of working is amoral - not in the sense of being unkind, but in the sense of being beyond right and wrong, beyond guilt or innocence, beyond the moral lenses that often trap us in our suffering.

It looks with the eyes of the soul, not the eyes of the judging mind.

In this field, nothing is forced.

Nothing is asked.

Nothing is extracted.

A single word - or no word at all - is enough.

The facilitator listens inwardly, the representatives move from an inner impulse, and the constellation reveals itself without intention, without story, without manipulation.

This is where the work becomes spiritual.

Bert spoke of three types of consciousness:
the personal, the collective, and the spiritual.

It is the third one that allows a constellation to unfold with so few words, with so much respect, with so little interference.

And it is this consciousness that allows a person to receive exactly the movement they are ready for - not the movement they wish for, not the one they fear, not the one others would impose, but the one their soul has been quietly waiting to experience.

Sometimes that movement is immediate.

Sometimes it unfolds over months or years.

The soul works in its own time.

This is why we do not ask for feedback.

We do not pull the seed from the soil to see if it has grown.

The field of a constellation begins the moment you choose to attend.

The group gathers around an invisible need.

No one comes by accident.

And you do not have to speak or share anything personal for something to move inside you.

The constellation that is meant for you will happen when your soul is ready, and not a moment earlier.

Sometimes the timing itself is the healing.

This is the work.
